Important: If taking the Virtual class, the email address must be accessible on the same computer you are taking the class.  No one else can use the same email address.  You must use a computer with a Webcam and be visible at all times. Do not use a tablet or a smartphone.  Failure to be visible will result in disqualification from the class and forfeiture of the fee.  Virtual classes start at 8am Pacific Time.

I understand and agree that the credit card above will be charged the fee indicated for the CPO class indicated.  The registration deadline is 14 days prior to the first day of the class.  If cancelled prior to the registration deadline and materials are returned in original condition, you will receive a full refund.  No refund available after the registration deadline.  To reschedule to another class between the registration deadline and five business days before the scheduled class, there will be a $150.00 fee.  Any changes later than 6 business days before the first day of the class will result in forfeiture of the entire fee.
